Our services include offering shipping solutions, planning logistics, advising customers the best solution, assisting their organizations, and also offering the freight broking. We believe that we have the drive and the commitment to make things happen and have the right connections to Sri Lankan Customers through our long term involvement in the shipping trade.
During this short period, we have proved to our clientele, that we are an aggressive, result oriented, organization dedicated for exceeding customer satisfaction and you too will experience same with our organization.
We also have succeeded in establishing our own Bill of Lading, which is comprehensively covered by reputed insurers. By doing that from the Day No 1, we at Mass gave the whole Trade assurance of our commitment to details and to give you the confidence when shipping with Us . This is a milestone in our company history as it is very difficult for a young organization of our caliber to get acceptance from an underwriter. Apart from above, we also launched into Airfreight and established our own Air Way house B/L.
We are operating worldwide with a good agency network. In order to further improve our market standing, we have diverted our attention to Imports into Sri Lanka too where we have the required capacity to cater for said inbound traffic in all aspects.
We are always contactable and we make it a point to solve problems so that you, our clients could rest at home peacefully after handing over cargo to us. Our staff is the key to our success and we are pleased to state that we are members of most recognized institutes (ie) CASA (Ceylon Association of Ships Agents), NCE (National Chambers of Exporters of Sri Lanka) , Sri Lanka Shippers Councils et., and also having the license required to be a Shipping & Forwarding Agency as per Government Act., passed in the Parliament of SRI LANKA.
We are also duly registered with Central Bank of Sri Lanka which is a prime and compulsory requirement for any Shipping & Forwarding Organization in Sri Lanka.
